Global priorities
Though local peculiarities, level of social and economic development vary from from country to country Rotary is dedicated to nine areas of focus to build international relationships, improve lives, and create a better world to support our peace efforts and end polio forever. Thus our global and local efforts are being streamlined in following categories:
PROVIDING CLEAN WATER, SANITATION AND HYGIENE
These particular areas are acknowledged and accepted by Rotarians as most demanded all over the world. That is why these global priorities are being always considered while developing action plans in every Rotary Club. This, of course, does not exclude one-off tactical initiatives being implemented from time to time. But strategic support of the Rotary International and The Rotary Foundation goes there, within these 9 areas of focus.
