Oscar Night

The International Women's Club of Almaty in cooperation with the Rotary Club of Almaty organized a grandiose charity ball "Oscar night". The business elite of our country took part in this event and supported it: charitable contributions were made, a lottery and an auction were held. All collected funds will be used for three large projects:

•  School No. 6, which provides all kinds of care for children with physical and mental retardation. The funds will be spent on the treatment of children, food and communal needs.
•  Organization of shelters in Almaty in cooperation with the Association of Non-Governmental Organizations. They help victims of human trafficking.
•  The Daneker project, initiated by the non-governmental DARA Foundation, which supports organizations dealing with shelters and children with disabilities.

Volunteers from different countries and different professions living and working in Kazakhstan have united with a common goal of serving society. They understand the importance of charity and their social responsibility.

Large local and international companies highly appreciate the voluntary contribution of the organizers, whose energy and enthusiasm inspire others to good deeds.
